We design the clinical eligibility criteria for your product category and build them into your patient intake flow. This includes medical history assessment, contraindication checks, risk factor screening, and medication interaction analysis. Only clinically appropriate patients reach our prescribers. This protects your customers, protects your brand, and ensures consultation time is spent on patients who are likely to receive appropriate treatment.

Prescriber Consultations
Our AHPRA-registered doctors and nurse practitioners conduct real-time phone or video consultations with your customers. Every prescriber working on your program is credentialed, experienced in your treatment category, and trained on your specific clinical protocols. They work under your brand — the customer's experience is a consultation with your service, not with MedRail.
Consultations are real clinical assessments. Prescribers review the patient's medical information, assess clinical suitability, discuss treatment options, set expectations, and — where clinically appropriate — issue prescriptions. They maintain full clinical independence. Clinical decisions are never influenced by commercial considerations. This is a regulatory requirement and a non-negotiable principle of how we operate.
E-Prescribing & Script Routing
Our e-prescribing workflow is already live and operational. Prescriptions are generated electronically through conformant prescribing software connected to eRx Script Exchange — Australia's national prescription delivery service. Scripts are routed automatically to your pharmacy of choice: our own white-label pharmacy, or a pharmacy partner you nominate. The entire process is digital, compliant, and instant.
Script routing is flexible. You can use our in-house pharmacy for full white-label dispensing and fulfilment, or route scripts to your own pharmacy partner, or a combination depending on product or geography. The e-prescribing integration is already built and tested — we're not setting this up for you, we're connecting your brand to an existing, operational workflow.
Pharmacy & Fulfilment
We operate our own pharmacy that provides full white-label dispensing, branded packaging, and delivery — end to end. Your customers receive a branded product from your brand, not a pharmacy bag. Alternatively, if you have an existing pharmacy relationship, we can route scripts to them instead. Either way, the fulfilment is seamless and invisible.
Our pharmacy handles dispensing, branded packaging to your specifications, branded inserts, and fulfilment including delivery logistics. For brands that need cold-chain capability for temperature-sensitive products or compounding for custom formulations, we have the infrastructure and partnerships in place. This isn't something we build when you sign on — it's operational today, servicing brands right now.

AHPRA registration requirements, Medical Board telehealth guidelines, TGA advertising rules, Privacy Act obligations, state-specific prescribing regulations — we handle all of it.
