This includes eligibility screening criteria specific to your category, consultation protocols your prescribers will follow, follow-up schedules that integrate with your subscription model, and escalation pathways. Every protocol is reviewed and signed off by our Medical Director.

This is where your brand gets layered onto our operational infrastructure. Prescribers are assigned to your program and briefed on your protocols. Pharmacy fulfilment is configured — whether that's through our own white-label pharmacy (which handles dispensing, branded packaging, and delivery end-to-end) or through a pharmacy partner of your choice. E-prescribing workflows are connected so scripts route directly from consultation to dispensing.
We set up branded elements across every patient touchpoint — your packaging specifications, your inserts, your delivery experience. If you're using our pharmacy, we handle the full white-label operation: dispensing, packaging under your brand, and fulfilment including delivery logistics. Your customers receive a branded product from your brand. They never see a pharmacy name, and they never see MedRail.
We run the operation through testing before you go live — simulated consultations, script routing checks, fulfilment dry runs. When your first real customer comes through, the experience is seamless.

Behind the scenes, our prescribers are conducting real-time consultations with your customers. Scripts are generated through eRx and routed to pharmacy — either our own white-label pharmacy or your designated partner. Orders are dispensed, branded, packaged, and shipped.
The early days of a new program get additional attention from our team. We monitor consultation volumes, prescribing patterns, fulfilment turnaround, and customer experience closely. If anything needs adjustment — screening criteria, prescriber scheduling, fulfilment logistics — we move fast. The goal is a stable, high-quality operation from day one.
